Returns and Refund Policy

Important:

Please read our Return Policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as by making a purchase you agree to these terms.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to return it.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging.
For products where hygiene plays a key role, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Exceptions:
For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, tights, and personal care items.

How to Start a Return

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@medolce.nl, including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • In case of damage, a photo of the product

  • Your contact details

Refunds

Procedure:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 60 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 60 days, first check your bank account.
If it is still missing, please contact us via the Medolce contact page.

Costs

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start from €20 — this cost is borne by the customer.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
